Yes, we can get into the field by setting up at 2:30-3:00 pm tomorrow. The following items need to be followed:

1. 10x10 ft display board to bring in from Research Park lab (C/o. Chuck)

2. Find a location closer to all the activities such as Display Panel poster presenation, every hour of brief lecturing, and showing/demonstrating little prototype stuff on the bench or table

3. If we get ENG 03, then to find a hallway or open place for display panels

Close to display panel, setting up table full of toys such as hydrogen electrolyzers, photocatalyst water purification, solar oven (no sun inside but it is good to show for practicality)

4. I may spend few slides of presentations in the class room (I may need our interesting volunteers who can speak about clean and renewable energy to general audience)

5. We can show some videos about the alternative energy concepts during the class room session

6. Having the demo, display and lecture in ENG 03 is good option, once done, we can easily store the stuff in the lab ENG 019F with less efforts.

7. Please arrange CERC flyers, pamphlets, business cards etc (C/o. Barbara)

8. Please arrange light snacks and drinks only for volunteers (C/o. Ginny)

9. Any other thoughts we can discuss today

P.S.: Even I was thinking to keep our poster and demo on the outside open space of Kopp (ENG) building. Let's see tomorrow.

Are we providing any CERC T-Shirts (I don't know how to get one) for our volunteers.

Sesha

Thanks,

Sesha

Well, Sesha here is the best answer we can get about our booth.  Seems you need to get the kids to help set up on 2:30 p.m. on Thursday and if you are there on time you will probably get your pick of location for our spot.  They have reserved ENG 3 for the classroom for your presentations.

The classroom we were able to provide for you is ENG 3. We will start setting up at about 2:30pm on thursday for the people that will be outside and the time for set up for exhibits in rooms will depend on the rooms they will be in. Also, we will put a table outside of ENG so you could be able to send people to see the other part of your exhibit. We are trying to get as many volunteers as we can so just let me know the specific times you will be breaking down the display and I will find some volunteers to help you. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Ana Rioja
